Can I mark my order as a gift?

Yes, you can mark your order as a gift and you have the option to send the gift directly to the recipient. We can add a personalised gift note to your order as well, just leave your message in the note to seller section!
All our sensory boxes come packaged with coloured tissue paper so is gift worthy. If you'd like to upgrade the gift note to a New Baby card, you can find these in the Newborn section.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our turnaround time for processing standard orders is 1-3 working days.
We currently use Royal Mail Second Class service, you can expect to receive your box within 3-5 working days from your order being processed.
Please be aware that this may be increased to 10 working days in case of severe delays due to Covid.

It's taking longer than expected to receive my order, what do I do?

Please allow 10 working days from date of despatch to allow for any postal delays. 
We can check any delivery failures but we have to allow 10 working days before being able to claim for a lost parcel and organise for a replacement to be sent.

My Royal Mail tracking number shows my order has been delivered but I haven't received anything.

Have you provided the correct address? Have you checked with neighbours that they haven't taken it in on your behalf?
If your address was given to us us correctly and the tracking shows the order has been delivered then it is your responsibility to contact Royal Mail and complete a compensation claim for a mis delivered parcel. 

Can you make a custom order for me?

Definitely! We love creating custom colour requests or a mixture of a couple of boxes, just drop us an email at info@outtheboxbabygifts.co.uk or message us on Facebook or Instagram to discuss what you'd like.

Can I upgrade my delivery to next day?

All of our post is send Royal Mail 2nd class but we can upgrade to 1st class or Royal Mail 48 hour.
Please contact us when placing your order to organise the additional payment to cover the price increase of delivery upgrade. 

Do you accept credit card payments?

No, unfortunately we do not accept credit cards. 

Can I collect my order?
Yes you can if you are local to the Bedford MK43 area. If you would like to do this use the code LOCAL and make contact with us to arrange collection, we will give you the full address to collect from and arrange a suitable time.
