Where do you ship to?
United Kingdom, Jersey & Guernsey
How long does shipping take?
We aim to process an order within 1 or 2 working days from order date.
The postal service can be chosen between 1st and 2nd class on checkout. Please allow up to 10 working days from date of despatch to allow for any postal delays.
Can I collect my order?
Yes you can choose that option at checkout.
We will contact you when your order is ready to collect to arrange a suitable day and time.

Do the sensory boxes come with any information on how to use them?
We have created an information and play guide which is online and available to use. We also have tips and tricks, examples and information on our social media
Are your toys safety tested?
Yes! I am so proud to tell you that all my sensory toys are CE | UKCA tested!
Can you make a custom order for me?
Definitely! We love creating custom colour requests or a mixture of a couple of boxes, just drop us an email at info@outtheboxbabygifts.co.uk, message us on social media or use our web chat!
Can I mark my order as a gift?
Yes, you can mark your order as a gift and you have the option to send the gift directly to the recipient.
We can add a personalised gift note to your order as well, just leave your message in the gift note box on the product page.
All our sensory boxes come packaged with coloured tissue paper so is gift worthy.
If you'd like to upgrade the gift note to a New Baby card, you can find these in the Greeting Card section.
