Where do you ship to?

United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), Jersey & Guernsey

How long does shipping take?

We aim to process an order within 1 or 2 working days from order date.
The postal service can be chosen between Tracked 48 or Tracked 24 at checkout.

Please allow up to 10 working days from date of despatch to allow for any postal delays. 

Can I collect my order?

Absolutely! You can choose that option at checkout.
We will contact you when your order is ready to arrange a suitable day and time for you to collect.

Do you do gift cards?

Yes! They are a digital card by email and are available in values of £10, £20, £30, £50 and £100.

Are your toys safety tested?

Yes! I am so proud to tell you that all my sensory toys are CE | UKCA tested!

Can you make a custom order for me?

Definitely! We love creating custom colour requests or a mixture of a couple of boxes, just drop us an email at info@outtheboxbabygifts.co.uk, message us on social media or use our web chat!

Can I mark my order as a gift?

Yes, you can mark your order as a gift and you have the option to send the gift directly to the recipient.
We can add a personalised gift note to your order as well, just leave your message in the gift note box on the product page.
