OUT THE BOX BABY GIFTS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure you fully understand that by placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right, from time to time, with or without notice, to change these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion. Your use of the website after changes are made means that you agree to be bound by such changes.

DELIVERY

All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) from date of purchase. Shipping costs range per weight range £3.99 / £4.99 using Royal Mail Tracked 48/ Tracked 24 service.

If your order qualifies for free delivery this will be sent on the 48 hour service.

Once your order has been dispatched please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived.

Royal Mail provide a tracking number which will provide a delivery status. If your order shows as delivered but you dispute this, then customers are obliged to comply with Royal Mail’s claim compensation process.

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address.

RETURNS

We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but if there is ever a need to return an item, please contact us at info@outtheboxbabygifts.co.uk to discuss the issues and start the process of your return.
If applicable, you will be refunded the full amount of your order minus any P&P charges. Return postage must be paid by the customer.
Products must be unused, returned in their original packaging and fit for re sale.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

DISCLAIMER

Some items within our boxes have small parts. The use of our products is at your own risk. The items within our sensory boxes must always be used under adult supervision.
All items should be checked thoroughly before each use. 
General wear and tear may occur over time and items should be discarded if they break or deteriorate.

The colour and size of items may vary from pictures. We reserve the right at any time to remove any items from sale.
