DELIVERY

All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) from date of purchase. Shipping options are Tracked48 and Tracked24.
Please note where free shipping is given this will be sent on a Tracked48 hour service.

Royal Mail provide a tracking number which will provide a delivery status. If your order shows as delivered but you dispute this, then customers are obliged to comply with Royal Mail’s claim compensation process.

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address.
