DELIVERY

All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days (Mon-Fri) from date of purchase. Shipping costs range per weight range £1.85 / £3.99 / £4.99 using Royal Mail 2^nd Class service.
These can take 3-5 working days to arrive. Once your order has been dispatched please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us if your order hasn't arrived.

Royal Mail provide a tracking number which will provide a delivery status. If your order shows as delivered but you dispute this, then customers are obliged to comply with Royal Mail’s claim compensation process.

You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address.
